The bug report tool is a utility which allows users to submit bug reports to Sys36. It can be found on the desktop of a typical Windows 96 installation, or in the Start Menu (Start > Programs > Utility > Report Bug).
Abuse of service
The bug reporter has suffered from spam, bogus reports, etc numerous times.
This has been a long standing problem, but solutions to combat these issues are actively being developed.
