The YouAreAnIdiot app is meant to create the youareanidiot trojan virus, which spawns windows with the YouAreAnIdiot Flash Video (in MP4 format) that bounce around your screen. In Windows 96, trying to close the windows or even use Task Manager to kill the task will spawn more windows. The only way to get rid of the YouAreAnIdiot virus is to reboot your system.
