Pseudo Peer-to-Peer, or P3, is a soon to be deprecated protocol made by utf#7518. The official relay server (https://p3.windows96.net) has been broken since early August 2022
P3 works by contacting a relay server to give you a static or dynamic address. When you have a P3 address you can host a server or connect to one
