Border 1.11 customized in blue.

Border is a HTML/CSS/JS web browser for Windows 96 made by Kelbaz. It uses HTML iframes to browse internet content. It is open-sourced on Github, and you can visit the repository here. The website is also available here.

Border aims at being a sophisticated, modern browser capable of doing many things traditional browsers do, such as theming and plugins (called 'Blugins'). It also has an API.

Border v2.0

Border is being completely remade with more features, a new UI and a better Blugin integration. This version will probably not be ported to oldest version of Windows 96 as it will completly use the 3rd release API.
