Border is a HTML/CSS/JS web browser for Windows 96 made by Kelbaz. It uses HTML iframes to browse internet content. It is open-sourced on Github, and you can visit the repository here. The website is also available here.

Border is capable of doing many things traditional browsers do, such as theming and plugins (called 'Blugins'). It also has an API. Due to CORS policy, some websites like https://www.youtube.com cannot be accessed.
